Fit Out Manager (Mall)

**Responsibilities**:- Oversee the fit-out process for retail units, ensuring compliance with mall guidelines and specifications.Liaise with tenants and their contractors, providing technical advice and support throughout the fit-out process.- Review and approve fit-out designs and plans, ensuring they meet all requirements and regulations.- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., security, facilities management) to ensure smooth project execution.- Monitor project timelines and budgets, taking corrective action as necessary to avoid delays and cost overruns.- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.- Manage the handover process upon project completion, ensuring units are ready for operation.- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.- Provide regular reports on project progress to senior management.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and regulations related to retail fit-outs.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience in fit-out management, preferably in a retail or mall environment.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a range of stakeholders.- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.- Proficient in project management software and tools.- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to Commute:- Petaling Jaya (required)Ability to Relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Relocate before starting work (required)
