RAVENITY IS HIRING!OPERATIONS CREW (PART TIME)RM6.5 pay by hourlyROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Contribute to an environment where clients feel happy and at ease- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.- Excellent communication skills in addressing enquiries and resolving issues.- Ensure that the studio is clean and presentable at all times- Prepare/ turnover the studio between classes- Set up new clients on the bike & support them as neededJOB REQUIREMENTS- Work a non-traditional structure schedule - weekend, public holidays, early weekday morning, midday, late evening.- Operate within the assigned duties for their scheduled shift (Client Support and Facilities including CLEANING checklists.- Ability to trouble shoot and react quicklyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Must be able and willing to move bikes, and perform minor bike maintenance- Must be willing to clean Washroom, Bathroom, Lobby, etc.- Must be able to lift up to 2kg.EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS- Complimentary group classes.- Staff discount for Ravenity class packages and merchandise.- Staff discount for Rave Bar drinks.- Parking allowance during working shift schedule within Miri Times Square.- Performance bonus may be given depend on the performance.**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: RM6.50 per hourExpected hours: No less than 35 per weekSchedule:- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Night shift- On call- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to Commute:- Miri (required)
