TRANSITION.**#OGJS****GUYANA FLEET PERSONNEL LEAD**- This position reports to Global Fleet Personnel Manager and Area Operations Manager**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Ensure that vessels remain staffed with required number of suitably competent crew at all times, satisfying the requirements of both Senior Management and our client.- Define the unit staffing strategy with the Unit Operations Manager- Oversee crewing processes and utilization of the crews assigned to the units of the SBM fleet- Implement the personnel policies for the offshore FPSO staff.- To coordinate the overall logistics and Offshore Training and Competencies activities for the Guyana fleet.- Act as focus point in case of MEDEVAC and Relative Response team processes- To manage the PLC and Training teams efficiently in order to maximise the output of Fleet Personnel in support of fleet activities.- Ensure all Fleet personnel are suitably qualified and experienced for their positions.- Monitor the training and competencies in line with the crew development plans ensuring a renewing supply of skills and experience to the Guyana Fleet.- To manage subcontracts with manning agencies and crewing subcontractors. To verify compliance with general company standards by Subcontractors.- To ensure that Company procedures and policies in crewing management are adhered to for the Guyana fleet.- Digitalize the crew rotation thought the internal crewing tool (OSCAR)- Optimize the Fatigue Management, crew rotation analysis and related action plan (especially in case of emergency)- Analyze unit monthly dashboard reports/KPIs and recommend continuous improvement actions- Act main point of contact for the internal and external crewing unit audits- Being the focus point with the Flag Authority- Continuous monitor and update of the Meet & Greet procedure in country in order to guarantee an optimized process in line with the Company Safety and HSSE standards**GENERAL INFORMATION**- SBM Offshore is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
