1) To provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design and create floral arrangements for all events eg: Weeding, Engagement, product launch etc. 2) Arrange both real and artificial flowers to fulfill client vision for occasions. 3) To deliver client vision as per team planning as decided in the meeting. 4) Provide advice and suggestions for flower selection to sales team based on design proposal. 5) To provide floral listing before event. 6) Responsible for sorting, organizing, cleaning and restock all supplies. 7) Maintain photos of all variety of floral for inventory control. 8) Regularly update floral stock inventory. 9) Stay up to date and current in design trends, floral techniques, props and other products. 10) Ensure that all floral arrangements are within the allocated budget and deadlines are met for company requirements and client orders. 11) Ensure proper communication of event status, timelines and setup information to clients, halls and other departments. 12) Assign projects and lead crews in floral production on-site, maximizing employee talents and available resources. 13) Assist with loading or unloading of flowers and props from vehicles as and when required. 14) Provide the verification and approval on the floral checklist form upon mobilization before and after event. 15) To setup and dismantle the floral arrangement before and after event. 16) To deal with vendor and liaise with admin to order new supplies 17) Ensure good relations with internal departments, clients and vendors to resolve issues.Sanggulevent Management Sdn Bhd is the perfect wedding & event planner around to be hired to plan, manage & consult you for any kind of events you wish to organize, no matter what, where, and when.
