Food Court Supervisor

Job Responsibility:- Ensure that food stall operators comply with Food Handling Guidelines and Food Court Rules and Regulations.- Ensure that the Food Court is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition in accordance with regulations by cleaning contractor.- Responsible for collecting daily rental proceeds.- Promptly respond to and address all customer feedback and complaints.Job Requirement:- Possess at least SPM qualification.- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.- Computer literate.- Strong in communication and customer service skills.- Willing to work based on Shift Hours and on Weekend & Public Holidays.**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 12/01/2023
