Develop innovative and differentiated food recipes that align with our brand identity,target audience, and business objectives. Market Research Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences in thefood space. Conduct market research, consumer surveys, and sensory evaluations to identifyemerging trends and opportunities for innovation. Quality Assurance Establish and maintain quality standards for food products, ensuring consistency, safety,and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct sensory evaluations and quality tests to assess product attributes and identifyareas for improvement. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Supply
Chain, and Quality Assurance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of foodinnovation initiatives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting ideas, progressupdates, and recommendations for product enhancements. Project Management Manage multiple food innovation projects simultaneously, from concept to commercialization, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project milestones. Coordinate activities with internal and external partners, including suppliers, vendors, andco-manufacturers, to support project objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in food science , Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related field required. 1-2+ years of experience in food innovation, product development, or related roles within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffee-chain or quick-service restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of culinary trends, flavor profiles, ingredient functionality, and formulation principles. Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative food products, with a focus on taste, quality, and consumer appeal. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen understanding of consumerpreferences and market dynamics Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
