Look no further!You are invited to **deposit your resumes with us** and our recruiters shall reach out to you to discuss more.**Work location**:Pasir Gudang**What we have for you?**- Attractive aallowances provided- Opportunity to work in public listed company- 5 days work - work life balance!**What you will do?**Assist the Head of Technical Service Department with the following key responsibilities:- Offer technical assistance to customers facing issues related to food products, including regular visits to their establishments.- Collect and comprehend customer requirements and effectively communicate them to the Quality Control (QC) team, Production team, and management.- Furnish insights into market conditions, encompassing market trends, customer preferences, and feedback on products and competitor performance.- Address and provide necessary support for customer complaints, responding to requests from customers or our Marketing team as needed.**Requirements**:- A bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or equivalent qualifications from accredited institutions.- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu, and conversational skills in Mandarin as an additional asset.- Openness to travel within the Johor, Melaka, and Singapore regions.- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, and comprehensive on-the-job training will be offered.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
