**Job description**You are invited to **deposit your resumes with us** and our recruiters shall reach out to you to discuss more.**Work location: Johor Bahru****What we have for you?**- Transport & phone Allowance- Quarterly incentive- 5 days work**What you will do?**- Organize and maintain updated vendor information for efficient procurement processes.- Develop new standards for raw materials, particularly in packaging materials.- Stay informed about industry developments and marketing trends, providing recommendations and developing marketing strategies for management consideration.- Understand consumer and product business trends to effectively cater to customer needs.- Lead R&D projects, including formulation, ingredient analysis, sensory evaluation, and stability studies for new and existing products.- Conduct market research and analysis to assess trends, brand awareness, and competition.- Manage current accounts while actively seeking to grow new accounts.- Prepare marketing reports and deliver presentations to colleagues in the R&D department.**Requirements**:- Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/ Product Research & Development/ Marketing or other related fields- Mandarin speaking is mandatory for communication with management and clients**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
