**Full job description****Benefit**:- Yearly Increment based on performance- Yearly Bonus based on company performance- Free Parking- Entitled all Gazetted PH in Melaka**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Responsible for overall daily QC and production operations.- To lead and assist the Production to meet daily productivity.- To maintain good cleanliness of the production zone.- Assist in leading the Halal Inspectors, Suppliers Inspectors when required.- Monitor operators and ensure that they meet company requirements & standards in food handling.- In-charge of monthly stock check & submit report to the Management.- Monitoring production run smoothly according to plan in order to meet targeted output and quality specification.- Reduce wastage of production to meet targetted wastage percentage.- Monitor operators cleanliness, hygiene SOP, behaviours and performance during production.- Issue purchase order and get approval from management before almost reaching buffer stocks limit.- Assist in recruitment of operators.- Assist in On Job Training (OJT) for department staffs.- To report findings of non-compliance and improvement areas to the Management.- To be responsible to maintain all production and QC records.- To perform any other jobs which assigned.**REQUIREMENT**:- Min Diploma in Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.- At least 1 year of working experience in production.Pay: RM1,700 - RM2,500.00 per month**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- food techologist: 1 year (preferred)**Location**:- Melaka (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)Application Deadline: 08/11/2024
