Food Truck Operator & Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:- Oversee all daily activities and operations of the store.- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitabilit- Manage kiosk inventory levels and ensure that kiosk is always have sufficient stock.- Respond to customers inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.- Lead and motivate the team to work hard together to achieve the store's monthly target- Handle any outlets staff discipline issues and conflicts.- Perform any other duties assign by supervisor from time to time- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel- Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures- Comply with all health and safety regulations- Assure the ordering and purchasing of supplies as needed- Interviewing/recruiting new staffs (if required).- Arrange monthly rostering for staffs.- Maintaining safety and food quality standards.- Manage guest's complaints in a professional and efficient manner.- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Requirements**:- Preferably with minimum 1 years of working experience in related field.- Good communication skills- Sales Oriented- Possess own transport and willing to travel- Willing to travel to outstation as and when required- Willing to work on weekend and Public Holidays- Able to work on shift- Able to manage food wagon**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay
