Forwarding Executive (Alor Gajah Malacca)

Job Decriptions:-- Manage and coordinate the forwarding Operation including bonded warehouse activity effectively and efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.- Ensure the accuracy of import export Customs clearance documentation for bonded warehouse (K8, K9, GPB, GPB 2 – Rank Alpha System) in conformance with the Customs regulations- Ensure the documentation accuracy such as HS Code, duty, tax computation and exemption for smooth Custom cargo clearance activity and timely distribution to customers.- Ensure no wrong declaration that cause penalty or compound.- Resolve cargo reporting discrepancies with Customs department.- Assist for coordination Cross Border import and Export shipment if necessary.- Good networking and relationships with Customs Officer, customers, transporter and stakeholder.- Ensure all shipment smoothly deliver to customer place without extra charges incurred.
