JOB DESCRIPTION: As part of the Global Shared Service Centre (SSC) of Wilmar, we are looking for dynamic, customer service and quality minded team player to join our SSC continuous expansion in 2024. The position provides an opportunity to widely increase your accounting knowledge and expertise working for a well-known, fast growing SSC of a Fortune 500 company.
Responsibilities: Preparation of management reporting and involve in standardization process. Review & perform variance analysis vs budget on production performance & cost. Participate in management reports enhancement & automation implementation. Summarizing & review of companies' budget and perform analysis on the variances. Ensure management report are presented in the standard format. Preparation of CAPEX management reports. Monitoring & controlling of CAPEX spending across global entities. Perform investment appraisal of CAPEX & post operating review. Review & perform analysis on purchasing trend, pricing & cost. Standardization of management reporting in Dashboard (Tableau) & SAP BI. Continuously seek improvement and simplification in current work done. Actively share ideas and inputs to enhance current system, reports, and model. Requirements: Candidate must possess Accounting Degree or equivalent professional qualification Strong accounting knowledge is required 3-4 years working experience in the related field Candidate with SAP knowledge or working experience in SSC environment Candidate flexible to support different time zone (7am-4pm) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Able to handle tight timeline Action oriented, with good analytical skills
