Fresh Graduate/Site Trainee - Mantin, Negeri

Supervise and coordinate activities on-site, including main contractors and sub contractors;- Conduct regular site inspection to monitor progress and quality of work;- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, material used and manpower allocation;- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on project status, highlighting any delays, challenges or deviations from the plan;- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for project completion;- To assist Site Manager or Project Manager to coordinate all trade of works at site;Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field;- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques;- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices;- Proficiency in MS Office suite and construction management software (preferred);- Valid driver's license (preferred);- Male preferred;**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- HolidaysSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)Application Deadline: 05/18/2024Expected Start Date: 06/01/2024
