**OVERVIEW**We are looking for a Front Office & Administrative Executive that is responsible on manning the front office and ready to provide administrative support to visitors, clients and staff. You must be presentable and require to support all administrative related duties and other relevant duties when required by the Company.**Hiring Position : Front Office & Administrative Executive****Job Description**:- Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office e.g. arranging couriers, filing, photocopying, preparing documents - presentations, letters, memos.- Coordinating and managing meetings and appointments.- Keep the office organize to increase office efficiency. Monitoring office/pantry supplies inventory and place order when required.- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.- Other relevant duties when needed by superior.**Job Requirement**:- 2-5 years relevant industry experience.- Degree qualification in the relevant field.- Work effectively in fast paces with minimum supervision.- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.Salary Range : RM3,000 - RM4,500 per month (depending on experience).**Benefits**:Probation (6 Months)a. EPF & SOCSO.b. Paid Annual Leave - 14 days (pro-rate).c. Paid Medical Leave - 14 days.Upon Confirmationa. EPF & SOCSO.b. Staff is eligible for medical protection and a Medical Card will be provided**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday
