**Responsibilities**:- **Check-in/Check-out**:- Greet guests warmly and assist with the check-in process.- Provide necessary information about the hostel facilities and services.- Ensure a smooth check-out process, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.- **Housekeeping**:- Assist in basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.- Monitor and replenish essential supplies in common areas.- **Guest Assistance**:- Offer directions and recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation.- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance their stay.- **Payment Collection**:- Efficiently handle payment transactions, including cash and card payments.- Maintain accurate records of transactions and provide receipts to guests.- **Communication**:- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.- Communicate effectively with guests, addressing their needs and concerns.- **Accommodation**:- Utilize provided accommodation to be readily available for scheduled shifts.- Adhere to hostel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for guests.**Qualifications**:- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is advantageous.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Basic knowledge of housekeeping tasks.- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.- Familiarity with the local area and attractions.- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.We look forward to welcoming you to our Sunshine Bedz Hostel family!**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Bukit Bintang: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (preferred)
