Details of the offer

Handle daily guest, check in and check out process.- To handle cash payment, and ensure monies are deal with as per company cash handling policy and procedure.- To provide upscale guest service experiences for guest throughout their stay.- To ensure guest are properly greeted upon their arrival.- To monitor daily bookings/online booking and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.- To prepare night Audit report- To assist daily arrangement of groups booking and arrival.- To examine self-duties, assign tasks and check on progress.- To maintain friendly relationships with all hotel guest.- To answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner accordance to hotel standards.- To make reservations over the phone and in person.- To keep work area neat and tidy.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Night shift- On call- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
