Front Office Associate

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Report for work punctually in a proper and neat attire complete with name tag.- Read logbook and initial at the beginning of every shift.- Attend daily briefing before start of shift.- Perform reception functions.- Assist guest in opening/handling of safe boxes.- Perform cashiers' functions.- Attend to all guest enquires, request and complaints.- Perform reservation functions as and when required.- Maintain cleanliness of the work area- Handling of Foreign Exchange.- Ensure all shift closing are balance.- To report to superiors of all guest complaints.- Maintain safety/security and confidentiality at all times.- Maximize revenue through up selling and suggestive selling.- Generate reports as and when required.- Attend monthly meetings as and when required.- Perform other duties as and when required.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Rotational shift**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Office Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/22/2024
