**Responsibilities**- Welcoming and receiving of guest arrival & registering in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest's name at every opportunity- Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Office such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.- Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures- Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation- To ensure all check-outs promptly for FIT individual guest and group by ensuring all charges are settled and are in accordance with the hotel standard credit policies**Requirements**:- SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent- Min 1 year of relevant experience at Front Office department- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Computer knowledge particularly in Opera Reservation system would be an added advantage**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Deadline: 04/15/2024
