Front Office

Job Requirements:- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Responsible,reliable and committed with customers centric mindset.- Experience in reservation/front office will be an advantage.Responsibilities:- Receiving and managing online room reservations,phone call reservations and walk-in guests.- Assist in pre registration and blocking of rooms for reservation.- Register guests and assigns.
