**Front Office/Receiptionist**:- Job Location: SEMENTRA RESORT, GOPENG, PERAK**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail- Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)- Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks- Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed- Reports directly to the Resort Front Office Executive.**REQUIREMENTS**- High School/College graduates possessed a Diploma or Certificate.- Preferably with more than 1 year of hands-on relevant working experience in a resort or hospitality industry.- Fresh High School/College graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.- Good interpersonal & communication skills.- Is independent, intuitive, responsible, demonstrate leadership and able to handle multiple tasks.- PC-literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and resort/hotel guest registration system will be an added advantage.**_ Remarks: Hostel will be given_
