Fulfillment Associate

Primary Roles & Responsibilities_- Responsible for ensuring all orders, requests, enquiries, and follow-ups with customers related to distribution are completed within the customer service level agreements on an ongoing basis. This is done through working closely and proactively with regional colleagues across business units and functions.- Own the end-to-end fulfilment process and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer and business expectations are met.- Orders are entered and tracked within the required systems and contracts stored securely. Assist with the processing of orders from initial review to invoicing. This includes, but is not limited to, basic order functions including order review, account creation, order processing and account maintenance in accordance with established business rules- Orders are screened for compliance.- Liaise with global teams to drive issue resolution.- Reviewing processes with the aim to deliver efficiencies.
