Full Time Accounts Executive Needed

Maintain full set of accounts including AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation.Ensure that the monthly management reports are prepared accurately and submitted on a timely basis.Preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports.Preparation of monthly cashflow budget and analyze the variance between actual vs budgets.Liaise with auditor and prepare the audit schedule.Liaise with tax agent on all tax matters.Liaise with corporate secretary to ensure the companies' compliance with statutory requirements.Coordinate annual budgeting / quarterly forecast exercise together with various department.General administration task and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
