Full Time/Part -Time Baker / Kitchen Helper

**Job Summary**:As an Assistant baker/ Kitchen Helper, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, supporting various aspects of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen maintenance. Your role will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen by assisting with the baking, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and organized workspace.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in preparing the required ingredients and tools before the event/ roadshow begins.- Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools, and tables are cleaned after the event/roadshow.- Monitor the baking times and temperatures to ensure food quality.- Help manage the increased workload during peak service hours.- Perform other ad-hoc duties, including ingredient stock checks, ingredient packing, customer service, etc.- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, countertops, and kitchen equipment regularly.- Properly dispose of kitchen waste- Assist in checking and restocking inventory as needed.**Additional responsibilities for Full Time Assistant Baker position**:- Conduct Baking Classes to customers- Assist in opening and closing storefront.**Qualifications**:- Good coordination and communication skills.- Prior experience in baking or the food service field is an added advantage.- Basic understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisor and chef.- Willing to work in the Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur areas.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance, Fresh graduate, Student jobPart-time hours: 20 per week**Salary**: RM97.00 - RM140.00 per daySchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Holidays- Monday to Friday- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
