Job Description:Conceptualise new ideas and feature improvement for games within the Shopee app to drive user engagementCollaborate closely with the team on the end-to-end execution of games and related marketing campaignsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of gamesClose monitoring of competitors and deliver key insights and findingsSupport the team on regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation for games and features performanceRequirements:Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess a creative and curious mindsetStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft ExcelFast and self-motivated learner with a keen eye for detailStrong passion for playing all types of games across multiple genres, particularly mobile gamesBasic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
