**Job Purpose **Key Responsibilities ***Improving Existing Process**- Simplify manual process through scripts (Unix shell, etc.)- Responsible for identify inefficient area and inform the unit head as backlog for future improvement.**Provide Technical Support**- Work closely with Level 1 and Level 3 support.- Provide timely update of progress for incidents/ change/ problem ticket into system.- Follow up closely with users and L3/vendors on tickets from start until closure.- Be analytical and critical on potential urgent issue.- To assist troubleshooting system integration testing with other channels and teams.- Be a queue manager periodically and assign ticket to team members.**Job Specification **- To work at odd hours to support Production / DR activities**Qualifications**:- (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.) _- Any recognized degree or its equivalent- Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements- N/A _- Relevant Work Experience- Has at least 3 years of experience in Banking/IT industry supporting e-banking systems.**Required Competencies and Skills *Competencies/Skills- (Essential to succeed in this job)Technical/Functional skills- Experience in: Unix/Linux/Solaris- Experience in managing Application Server (Weblogic/ Tomcat / Jboss)- Experience with different environment system access- Familiar with source code management: GIT/ Mercurial/GitLab- Familiar with ticketing tool for incident/change/problem.- More than 3 years of working experience in related fieldPersonal skills (Soft Competencies (Core/Leadership))- Good organizational ability and time management- Proactive attitude, result oriented and can work independently.- Good analytical, technical, written and communication skills.- Display drive to complete the task/assignment.- Must know how to prioritize tasks/issues.- Ability to share and update peers in the team periodically.- Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external parties.
