Roles and Responsibilities - Perform monthly closing activities ensuring that they are completed in time and accordance to the set guidelines
- Preparation of Monthly Agent Commission Accrual
- Calculate commission payment (direct payment & netted commission)
- Review and process of CSR AP invoices (FCPA & Non-FCPA)
- Quarterly Sharepoint Submission of Agent Payments
- Prepare and submit Quarterly Reporting
- Prepare and Review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Provide advice and support to Accenture team with regards to correcting entries required.
- Prepares, document and keep up to date processes for accounting role.
- Implements best practices in Global Finance Centre (GFC) and standard processes which benchmark global best practices.
- Works closely with External and Internal Auditors to assist in completion of all audits.
- Assist the team, CAC, vendor, auditor and other stakeholders whenever the need arises.
- Any other duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3- 4 years' experience in General Accounting
- Experience in Shared Service will be added advantage
- Experience in SAP will be added advantage
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Good attention to detail with good analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good PC skills.
- Ability to handle multiple activities successfully.
