General Clerk (Ims)

Maintain and update IMS documentation (policies, procedures, records).- Assist in audit preparations and follow-up on findings.- Coordinate IMS meetings and training sessions, including logistics and minutes.- Data entry and reporting for IMS performance metrics.- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the IMS.Requirement- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Effective problem-solving abilities.- Knowledge about IMS would be advantage- Must be well- organized and can prioritize tasks.- Effective problem-solving abilities.- Disciplined, punctual, work hard, and willing to learn.- Can work ASAP will be advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payExpected Start Date: 02/29/2024
