Details of the offer

Schedule meetings and manage calendars.- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.- Help with daily time management.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Attention to detail, solid organization and multi-tasking abilities.- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.- Preparing employees contracts.- Failing employee details (socso/kwsp/eis/lhdn/hrdf,contracts)- collect license premis/ csa/beras.- Familiarity with office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls.- Computer literate at least MICROSOFT OFFICE, MICROSOFT EXCEL.- Other clerical work such as photocopying, scanning, typing letters and other business documents.- Mostly prefer hiring Clerks who have experience working with office software. Otherwise we will provide training.- Working hours 9am-6pm.- Working days on Monday-Friday only.- Leaves on weekends and public holidays.- Applicants must be willing to work in Area Langkap.- Sosco.- Kwsp.- Eis.- _**6months.**_- **ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED FOR INTERVIEW.**_**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- related human resource: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/04/2024
