General Manager Automotive - Kuala Lumpur

**Job description**- Good understanding in dealership exploration and management.- Hires, trains and motivates all dealership department managers. (includes administrative, sales, parts, collision and service departments).- Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval.- Directs and monitors all dealership management or supervisory personnel functions and completes formal performance evaluations of all department managers at regularly scheduled intervals.- Manage and develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.- Reviews all requests for training, approves those which are appropriate and consistent with the dealership's goals for professional/technical ability and advancement, and monitors their effectiveness.- Resolves any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify.- Maintains excellent relationships with distributors and clients through superior customer service- Contributes information, ideas, and do marketing research and/or business intelligence to help develop marketing strategies.**Job requirements**:- **Required language(s): Fluent English and Chinese / English's a MUST.**:- **At least 10 Year(s) of full working experience in the related field.**:- **Preferably General Manager specialized in Marketing & Sales of Automotive**:- Have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationships.- Have sufficient analytical power and have the motivation to develop.- Willing to attend in-class training and on-job training according to the company's schedule and curriculum.- Wiling to travel/mobile.**Open for Malaysians only****Kindly send in your updated resume to "tracylim at orgresources dot com dot my" or call 06 3361851 / 06 3361852 (Tracy Lim)****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- General manager heavy industry: 10 years (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)
