**Who will you be working for**:Our client is a prestigious multinational corporation nestled within the cutting-edge Kulim Technology Park. They are searching for exceptional individuals eager to contribute their skills and expertise to propel innovation and success to new heights.**What you will be doing**:- Oversee several elements in a business & operation, including hiring staff & budgets.- Improving efficiency and increasing departmental/organization profits while managing the company's overall operations.- Execute company strategic and control budget plan for respective department.- Creating and managing budgets & optimize expenses. Analysing accounting and financial data.- Ensuring that departments set and meet business goals.- Ensure employees work productively, motivated, and develop professionally.- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit, employee conflicts, operation requirement)- Evaluating performance and productivity.- Maintain overall organization responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related manufacturing legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. RBA, ISO certification.- To build up a factory with strong teamwork spirit, customer orientated, system orientated and good discipline workspace.- To control department operation cost to the targeted number.- To resolve for both internal/external conflict/misunderstanding.- To follow up closely on subordinate assignment.**What you will need to succeed**:- Degree in Business Management / Administration or related qualification.- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) in electronic manufacturing industry.- Excellent communication skills.- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.- Problem-solving & strong analytical ability.- Team worker, could organize team working and be a good team player in cross-functional team.- Experience in planning and budgeting.**Salary**: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Budget and Controlling: 8 years (required)- Proven track record as GM: 5 years (required)License/Certification:- Malaysian Blue IC (required)
