General Procurement Executive

**Responsibilities**:- To execute tendering activities for strategic sourcing for Mardec Berhad and it's group companies- To check quotation specifications and bid proposals from vendor for major purchases.- To prepare and maintain list of approved supplies/vendor (Vendor Management)- To request for quotations & materials sample from potential suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors.- Assist in the implementation of enhancement of Procurement Policies and procedures- To liaise and co-ordinate closely with suppliers and internal Section/Department to ensure the efficiency of purchasing function.- Provides administrative support in all procurement activities according to procurement and policies- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD from time to time.**Job Requirements**:- Degree in Business Administration / Economic or its equivalents will be preferable.- Minimum 2 years - 5 years of experience purchasing field in forwarding freight / tendering processes / administrative will be preferable.- Good oral and written communication skills, possess good working attitude and character,- Resourceful, self-motivated, independent, team player, able to work under minimum supervision & able to handle multi tasks.- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power PointPay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
