**Contract term for 12 months** and good personal development opportunity for permanent position in the organization after expiry of contract.**Role & Responsibilities**Communicate and maintain relationships with our clients both foreign and local.communicating with clients and preparing for submission- Coordinate visa and work permit process of foreign nationals and all other relateddocumentation, promptly respond to request as required, proactively provideservices, and ensure good services experience with clients for ESD- Compilation and submission of all related documents related for business licensing- Compile and scan all related receipts and assist the team with invoicing and followup when necessarythe database in company's corpora- Maintain and regularly update respective data base system of client developmentmobilisation/demobilisation- Prepare submission for all related documents for business licensing complaintservices and follow-up with the necessary departments- Track and monitor follow-up post submission request from immigration- Well versed in understanding specific visa/work permit processes, lead fresherglobal client support team; help to improve define processes and ensuringregulatory, able to identify potential issues that may cause delay or anticipation ofdeferral and raise the matter promptly to head of department.**Qualifications**other equivalent field- Minimum 3 years working experience in Malaysia Immigration visa processing and/or Human Resource knowledge- Compilation and submission of all related documents related for business licensing- Compile and scan all related receipts and assist the team with invoicing and followup when necessary- Maintain and regularly update respective data base system of client development- Prepare submission for all related documents for business licensing complaint- Track and monitor follow-up post submission request from immigration- Well versed in understanding specific visa/work permit processes- Strong time team lead skills, well organised and motivated to exceed expectations- Demonstrate excellent communications skills and adapt good communication- skills to meet our clients'needs- Good command of English and Bahasa both written and spoken- Able to work as a team, independent and proactive- Good computer knowledge and able to use microsoft outlook,powerpoint,excel,word,etc proficiently.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- What is your notice period?
