Our continued success depends on it!HR Operations Coordinator(Global Payroll & HR Services)Position OverviewHR Operations partners with Insulet's Human Resources organization to assist with the management and administration of programs, processes, and technologies essential to fulfilling the personal and on-the-job needs of employees and managers. The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for the Company's day-to-day processing of regional outsourced payrolls as well as assisting with providing customer services to employees, candidates, hiring managers, human resources business partners, and other employees throughout all levels of the organization. In addition to the payroll responsibilities, this role will provide support to the Global Payroll Leads and the Senior HR Services Coordinators and Advisors, as necessary. This role will report to the Director of Global Payroll.Responsibilities: Primary point of contact for day-to-day payroll support and inquiriesAssist with the execution of payrolls for all Insulet employees in a multi-site, multi-state, and multi-country environment, as requiredAssist with the coordination of all payroll tax filings with third-party payroll providerMaintain and document payroll processes and proceduresAssist with onboarding of new employees into payroll-related applicationsManage payroll inquiries submitted via HR ServiceNowAssist managers and supervisors with time and attendance complianceTroubleshoot minor timeclock issuesManage time off accruals and provide reporting as requiredAssist with offboarding terminated employees while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of final pay.Support audit requests as needed across the business. Support the team subject matter expert for the applicant tracking and HRIS Systems (Workday). Assist with team training on new processes or skills refresher.Provides quality customer service to the organization to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders through effective and timely communications throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle. May support Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience and a timely start date by requisition and offer letter management; interview scheduling to include candidate travel and reimbursement; initiating background checks and escalating when needed; and helpdesk notification, as needed.Provides onboarding and new hire support as needed May assist with providing employee file management by setting up and maintaining all employee records according to company guidance.Assists with employee data administration by ensuring employee data integrity in the HRIS systems. Processes all employee change requests and data updates. May be required to pull reports based on business needs.Supports the employee offboarding process through severance administration support and helpdesk notification.Performs other duties as required.Required Skills/Competencies:Prior payroll processing experience requiredDemonstrable proficiency with payroll softwareExcellent organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and analytical mindsetSolid understanding of Mexico payroll best practices and Mexico payroll tax regulationsStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization.Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to adapt to change readily.Must be fluent in Spanish and EnglishPreferred Skills/Competencies:Experience with complex payroll issues: multi-state setups, short- and long-term disability, general benefit knowledge, garnishments, etc.Experience with International employees a plusStrong computer skills and technical capabilities in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Workday Payroll experience a plusDemonstrating Role Model Behavior - Positive and professional representative of Insulet and the Human Resources team.Teamwork and Collaboration - Demonstrates effective working relationships and communications with coworkers and colleagues, including proactive, transparent communication.Customer Service and Responsiveness – Following up and responding to inquiries (internal and external) within 24 hours.Continuous Improvement - Consistently seeking opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our work and services provided.Quality of Work – Double-check work produced to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and completeness.Finding a Way – Doing what it takes to get the job done.
