Job Overview: As the Global SEA Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our client's Search Engine Advertising campaigns across various search engines, ensuring optimal performance and maximum reach. While working closely with our client's marketing team, you will also collaborate with a leading media agency to execute and refine their global SEA strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends. Role and Responsibilities: SEA Strategy Development & Execution: Collaborate with the client's marketing team and appointed media agency to develop and implement a comprehensive global SEA strategy aligned with business objectives. Program Management & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end management of SEA campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization to drive qualified traffic and meet conversion goals. For example: Keyword research & analysis, Implementation of A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance continually and achieve strategic goals. Strong project management skills are preferred to successfully facilitate the collective collaboration between all parties in order to ensure positive results of your campaigns. Performance Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of SEA campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration with Media Agency: Work closely with the client's appointed media agency, providing clear guidelines, feedback, and ensuring seamless communication to achieve campaign objectives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 4-5 years of proven experience in managing global SEA campaigns In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) Experience working with media agencies and a demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness and willingness to learn & expand in the role Ability to work autonomously as well as being a strong team players Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement Benefits Competitive renumeration package Multi-national working environment Work-life balance
