Position overviewWe are looking for a Governance Coordinator with strong analytical and communication skills to join us at allnex! This role will be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, and you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders within allnex. The responsibilities include maintaining data using information from the technical community, provide analysis and update reports to relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities Responsible for the maintenance and management of databases important to the technical community. Conduct thorough analysis of data within the allnex innovation management system, focusing on metrics such as success rates of closed projects and performance of new projects. Generate monthly reports Follow up with all R&D project leaders to ensure all deliverables are entered into the database accurately PWC Time Tracking Tool: Manage the entry of new projects and closure of completed projects within the PWC time tracking tool. Perform detailed analysis of data gathered from PWC, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement. Generate monthly reports for R&D managers CPD Technical Data Sheet Management: Create and update Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for new and existing products within the corporate database (CPD). Collaborate closely with the technical community to ensure accurate and comprehensive content for TDS modifications. KMO Data Collation and Management: Work collaboratively with the KMO team to gather, organize, and analyze data from various innovation and marketing sources. Utilize external market data platforms to gather macro-economic indicators relevant to company strategies. Maintain and update the intranet page with relevant data and information. Assist in the administration of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards, ensuring accurate data representation and accessibility for stakeholders. Required skills and experience 2-3 years of experience Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Background in a Chemical or Manufacturing industry is an added advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel Good verbal and written skills in English, with the ability to present with confidence Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills Ability to work independently Understanding in database management, data analysis, and report generation is an added advantage Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Analyst, Business Administration, Information Management, or equivalent We offerWe are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
