In your new role you will:• Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.• Work as a team with Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line disruptions• Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow• Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management• Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.• Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)• Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projectsYou are best equipped for this task if you have: • Approximately 0 – 1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, but generally no prior job experience required.• 4 year technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas).• Language Fluency: Fluent in English Language, written & verbal.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, energetic and self-starter.• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies.• Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business need.• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
