In your new role you will: • Provide key support to Process Integration & Product Engineers onInline / PCM / Functional Test / yield data for process improvement to meet quality and yield targets. • Support PI & PTE in SPC and DoE task. • Work on lot history checks, commonality investigations and data summary for MRB, defect density, inline excursions, FAR, ICO in support of lot assessment, disposition and root cause finding . • Support PMX team on new product releases and technology transfer. • Drive and execute short term projects assigned.
