A- nalyze on capacity and resource planning for test wafer management I- nitiate and coordinate improvement projects including work efficiency & cost saving E- nsure housekeeping practices is followed at all means, review and propose improvements U- phold Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) among all Operation SpecialistYou are best equipped for this task if you have: F- resh grad Bachelor Degree in technical or management field G- ood communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of personnel & matured personality. I- ncreasing ability to identify and resolves problems. I- nteraction with highly qualified staff and regular exchange complex information.
