Graphic Designer & Customer Service

**Requirements**:- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Professional Cert/ Diploma/ Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative multimedia.- Excellent verbal & writing in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin- Proficient with Graphic programs, such as Adobe PS, AI, Web and other graphic design software- Skill requirement: graphic design, photo/video editing, photography/videography, and typography.- Proficient with HTML and CSS preferred and knowledge about crypto & NFTs will be advantage- Creative, pleasant personality, good team player, good in time management with organization skills and independent with mínimal supervision- Possess own transport is required- 5 days work per week (willing to work on Weekends, Public Holidays & Shifts (occasionally).)**Responsibilities**:Graphic Designer- Create content, design, graphic & animated effect clips (simple GIFs) for company products and a wide variety of print, social medias and ecommerce platform- Design, product and marketing materials that complies to the company's brand positioning and guidelines.- Prepare draft of material based on agreed briefs- Collaborate with operation and sales team to prepare & produce flyer/poster, brochures, and 3D mockup for marketing visuals to ensure company's marketing effort communicated effectively to customers.- Manage multiple projects with design specifications and ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.- Incorporate social media posting, stories in social media platforms and good interaction with online community.- Update our websites as when is neededCustomer Service- Assist customer requests and inquiries regarding services and other general information.- Maintain knowledge of current events, activities, and hours of operation of the Heritage Gallery.- Communicate with customers by face to face, telephone, or electronic channels, to furnish information regarding prices, schedule, and availability of services at the shop- Maintain the cleanliness overall buildingUndertake any other Ad Hoc task as and when assigned by the management from time to time.**Benefits**:- EPF & SOCSO- Annual leave PAOthers allowance
