**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum Diploma in Graphics Design/Multimedia Design- Minimum 1 year working experience in graphic design- Excellent experience with designing tools & software- Well known with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign- Experience with other art & design media is an added advantage- Photography skills preferable**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Amend designs after feedback- Attends brainstorming meetings or technical meetings to give suggestions on collaterals.- Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software- Conceptualising visuals based on requirements- Co-ordinate and debrief colleagues on graphics related matters to ensure staff awareness/knowledge.- Establish a fully equipped graphics unit- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand- Ensure target dates/deadline of graphics are met- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas- Produce and develop visuals, finish artworks as well as supervise production of the company's internal and external collaterals.- Produce all external and internal Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) collaterals regardless usage- Schedule projects and define budget constraints- Study design briefs and determine requirements- Testing graphics across various media.- To monitor the return of all artwork/trans/photos/films from suppliers.- To ensure proper records of materials taken from/returned to library- To ensure all layout and design of advertisements, collateral and any other projects meet standards.- To propose new and creative ideas/concepts to improve overall collateral standards.- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.- Source and maintain a list of reliable suppliers for the purpose of developing collaterals; i.e. type-setters, colour separators and printers.- Undertake specific photography assignments within the company and its establishments as and when required plus occasional assignments outside the company.- To carry any other duties as and when assigned by the Marketing and Communication Manager when required.**JOB LOCATION**: Asia School of Business Academic, Near KTM Bank Negara**For any inquiries or fast response kindly WhatsApp: +6012-899 2313 (BIG Group-HR) Dept)****Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday
