Working within an events management consultancy group who specialise in Digital Marketing, Events, Sponsorship, Content Production, and Broadcasting services, working with some of the biggest names in the Esports, Event, Gaming, and Tech industry. A progressive, innovative and new age approach company with incredible growth potential within your career.Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, emails, and presentations.Participate in ideation sessions, contributing to the development of design concepts, and pitching campaign-themed designs and visuals to the team.Adapt and produce key visuals for various platforms and channels under the guidance of the Creative Lead.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all media platforms.Assist in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and meeting deadlines.Stay informed about design trends, software updates, and new techniques to enhance your skill set and the quality of designs produced.Assist with photography and videography needs as required.Collaborate with the Creative Lead and various members of the Creative Marketing team, providing input and solutions on designs and projects.Role Requirements:A portfolio showcasing previous digital and print design work.Adaptability and quick learning skills are essential.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.A creative eye and exceptional attention to detail are a must.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Google Slides.Basic skills in digital imaging, FA, and graphic design, with basic motion skills.Graphics/video editing skills are a bonus but not essential.Education and Years of Experience Requirements:Triton Group is looking for someone with 4-6 years of experience and a bachelor's degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
