Graphic designer, must have a keen art sense in photo retouching and also to design brochure, bunting, banner, leaflet, and others. Additionally, this positions is responsible to be ears, hands, ears, and be reporting to the Manager of Business Development on all assignments.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:1) Part of marketing team to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.2) Follow the brand guidelines in all marketing material.3) Develop a concept to suit marketing campaign or event purpose.4) Develop concepts and design marketing collateral such as newsletters, EDMs, advertisement, flyers, corporate brochures, invitations, vouchers, magazines, posters and in-store display signage.5) Estimate the time required to complete the work and work within timeline, often at times doing so independently.6) Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.7) Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for marketing and sales campaigns.8) Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.9) Manage design process from concepts to Business Development Manager.10) Proofread to produce accurate and high quality work.11) Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.12) Demonstrate illustrative skills within rough sketches.13) Work on layouts and artwork pages ready to print.14) Work with a wide range of of media, including photography, videography, and computer-aided design.15) Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Flash and others related.16) Up to date with current marketing trends, and creative concepts.17) Develop interactive design.18) Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, web developers, and marketing specialists.19) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.**JOB SPECIFICATION**:- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.- Graphic experience in 3D design, fine art, illustration, photography, and visual art.**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**:- Have good computer and IT skills is a must, especially with design and photo-editing software.- Possess good communication skills.- Any related.Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Graphic Design: 2 years (preferred)Expected Start Date: 07/01/2024
