**RESPONSIBILITIES**:**Conceptualization and Design**- Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and create impactful visual assets for diverse marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, both online and offline.- Plan and develop design concept ideas, illustrating concepts, and creating graphics and layouts for services, products, and branding.**Innovative Representation**- Transform complex concepts and ideas into simple, impactful, and easy-to-understand visual representations that align with the brand's identity.- Produce various graphical artwork for digital usage.**Trend Awareness**- Stay abreast of design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies, consistently elevating the quality of brand visuals.- Ensure consistency and brand adherence in all design outputs across various channels to maintain a cohesive visual identity.**Cross-Functional Collaboration**- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriting, and product development, to understand design requirements and objectives.- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and innovative design ideas to enhance marketing strategies.**Project Management**- Efficiently manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.- Provide valuable input and feedback on design-related decisions, contributing to the continuous evolution of the brand's visual identity.**Additinal Design Tasks**- Prepare finished artwork by operating necessary equipment and software.- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in the beauty industry.- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including social media graphics, web design, and visual branding.- A deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.- Ability to balance creativity with a strategic mindset, aligning designs with marketing objectives and target audience.- Ability to translate brand values and narratives into visually compelling designs.- Detail-oriented approach to design, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in all outputs.- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and offer fresh design perspectives.- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements.- Adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback and iterate on designs.- Positive attitude, a team player, and a self-starter who can work independently.- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Passion for design and a keen eye for emerging trends.**Salary**: RM1,450.30 - RM3,433.93 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Graphic Design: 2 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Shah Alam (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Shah Alam: Relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 04/01/2024Expected Start Date: 03/26/2024
