Graphic Designer

**Job Summary**:To provide creative direction to develop new design concept, graphics, layouts, video, photography and feedback/consultation/suggestion as and when required. To assist in every aspect of content creation and development.- Brainstorm ideas with Marketing and Design Team.- Staying up to date on industry trends and developments then promote them within the team- Work with copywriters and team to produce final design.- Work with team members to develop concepts, and ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.- Assist team members in design work when required.**Job Requirements**:- A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/ Digital Media/ Visual Communication or any related field(s) that relates to the job description.- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Designer.- Proven track record of delivering exceptional creative designs and creative thinking.- Agency experience is an added advantage.- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.- Good communication skills, flexible and the ability to think out of the box.- Proficiency in other creative disciplines or software is an added advantage.- Ability to work with minimum technical guidance.- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and tight deadlines.**How this career will benefit you?**- Flexible, young and fun working environment which allows you to give your own ideas and implement them for the workplace.- Parking Full Claim- Annual Bonus- Annual Trip- Salary Increment (Review from time-to-time)**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Maternity leave- Meal allowanceSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Batu Caves: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Graphic Design: 1 year (preferred)
