**Position**: Graphic Designer**Key Responsibilities**:*- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project objectives and requirements.- Conceptualize and create visually captivating designs for exhibition booths, signage, banners, posters, flyers, and other promotional materials.- Ensure that all designs align with the overall theme, brand identity, and messaging of the exhibition.*- Prepare print-ready and digital files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.- Oversee the printing and production process, working closely with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality output within deadlines.*- Optimise designs for various digital platforms and devices to ensure optimal user experience and engagement.*- Maintain and uphold brand standards and visual identity guidelines across all exhibition materials and communications.- Provide creative input on brand development and visual identity strategies to enhance brand recognition and consistency.*- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, sales executives, and operations staff, to ensure alignment of design deliverables with project goals and client expectations.- Present design concepts to clients, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions as needed.***Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing exhibition-related design work.- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.***Company Benefits**:- Competitive Salary Package- Opportunities for Professional Development and Growth- Five-Day Work Week- Company-sponsored Trips- Conveniently located office with easy access to public transport**Company Overview**:**Asia Trade Exposition Sdn Bhd** is a dynamic and innovative organisation specialising in organising trade exhibitions and event management across Asia.
