Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist (Hybrid)

Basic Salary: RM3,000 - 3,500Location: Semtec Park, SemenyihWorking Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days WFO, 3 days WFH)Place of Assignment: Semenyih (Hybrid)Salary Package: RM3,000-RM3,500**Responsibilities**:Designing Engaging Visual Content:- Create visually appealing posters, social media graphics, and flyers that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.- Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-quality graphics.Photography:- Plan and execute photo shoots for various purposes, including product shots, event coverage, and promotional materials.- Ensure proper lighting, composition, and editing techniques to achieve desired outcomes.- Videography:- Capture compelling video content for marketing campaigns, tutorials, interviews, and events.- Handle all aspects of video production, including filming, sound recording, and directing talent.Video Editing:- Edit raw footage into polished videos using editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.- Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and audio enhancements to enhance the overall quality of videos.Collaborative Projects:- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and develop cohesive visual strategies.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Specialist, or similar role.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video production skills.- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Knowledge of current trends in graphic design and multimedia content creation.- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field (preferred).- Must have own transportation.- Able to travel to visit different branches in order to take pictures and videos.Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Graphic Design/Multimedia Specialist: 1 year (required)- Handling Social Media: 1 year (required)- Handling/Working with FMCG Products: 1 year (required)- Photography: 1 year (preferred)- Videography: 1 year (preferred)
