Graphic Designer (Video Editor)

- Working closely with Executive Director of Brand Experience
- Collaborating with unit marketing teams and understanding their needs, and contributing creative ideas suitable for their markets
- Ensuring projects adheres to company guidelines and standards
- Gathering follow-up and clarifying information surrounding incoming video editing and graphic design requests.
- Ensure consistent framing of messages and the communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision.
- Create visual concepts by using Photoshop or Illustrator to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate the audience.
- Working with the media team to share best practices and work collaboratively on projects
- To edit contents for drama / documentaries or movies and ensuring all deadlines are met while producing the highest quality
- To trim video segments to specified lengths, reassemble segments in sequencing that present stories with maximum effect
- Manipulate and edit video pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
What You’ll Need To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Advertising / Media / Arts / Design / Creative / Multimedia / Mass Communications or equivalent with 1-2 years’ experience are preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of Basic Photography skills such as composition and lighting.
- Demonstrate video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Creativity and ability to think outside of the box
- Ability to work fast, within tight turnaround times
- Social media and digital literacy, video and motion graphic editing
- Audience engagement and YouTube optimization / FB and other social sites
- Familiarity with DSLR and video recording equipment
- To be based in Kuala Lumpur
- Languages : Mandarin and English
- Flexible with good personality
