KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES - GRAPHIC DESIGN- Responsible for execution of all creatives (Brands and Company CI)- Conceptualize and create all the collateral material of the organization (including store poster, brochures, fliers, mailers, newsletter template, promotional materials, etc.)- Document best practices and update branding guidelines as needed.- Adhere to branding standards and guidelines & maintain a cohesive visual identity and implement branding guidelines.- Propose creative strategy in collaboration with brand and company direction- Maintain a cohesive visual identity and implement branding guidelines- Design promotional graphics for stores, website, social media, e-blasts, in-store materials, and digital/online banner ads, POPs, and all collaterals in keeping with brand standards and current brand guidelines.- Manage the process of in-house printing for promotional collateral prints.- Coordinate with Marketing Department to develop web banners, landing pages, digital ads and infographics, supports in monthly E-Commerce Visuals & photo resizing.- Collaborate/assist with social media / Marketing Department to ensure graphics support social media initiatives and online strategic direction.- Participate in marketing planning group sessions and meetings, on a regular basis.- Manage the process of producing artwork and sending final artwork to local printing vendor of seasonal in-store graphic change.- Take inventory of printing material materials and replenish as needed with approval- Perform in-house printing materials for stores.- Visually maintain our brand style and standards while continuing to evolve our brand.- Maintain organized Cloud records and updated Creative Services SharePoint for corporate use.- Perform related responsibilities as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS- Minimum a Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent- Minimum 2 year's graphic design experience in Fashion Retail or equivalent- High Proficiency in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)- Experience in creating digital/interactive tools (Gifs, interactive PDFs, AfterEffects, etc.)- Sensitive with colors, meticulous and have an eye for details- Creative & passionate- Well organized and must be an excellent planner- Strong team player- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)- Knowledge of other language is added advantageKEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES - VISUAL MERCHANDISER- Responsible to Create Interior Display and Window Displays in Retail Outlet_- Create a retail environment that represents the brand using innovative and unique approaches to obtain a customer friendly atmosphere; maintain and grow a visual personality for each store that is reflective of the community in which it is located- Implement the company's visual merchandising directives throughout the store; such directives may require some creativity in molding them into being consistent with the particular store's goals and image- Work with the Retail Manager/ Marketing Manager/ AVP Creative Design and/ or Director in determining specific visual needs, such as fixtures, image photos, and point of sale materials for the store- Maximize the space and layout of the store, installing and dismantling displays, using available space to the best advantage- Coordinate with Retail Manager to schedule appropriate time for floor set, shipping processes and receiving merchandise to make sure that merchandise is ready before being displayed for sale in the store- Train the store team about design concepts, visual display standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display effort- Guide customers browsing through merchandise placement and store layout to result in an eventual sale Ensure all stores have necessary VM elements for all products and also to look into inventory management and orders- Prepare for promotional events/ launches which could include contributing ideas for the whole set-up and dismantle displays at the end of promotional period- Work closely with supplier for materials, fixtures, props and/ or other items for the store/ promotions/ events- Ensure Display are Changed Regularly_- Conduct floor set with floor plan and share store photos with brand principal if required- Follow up on all VM related paperwork such as raising POs and submission of invoices- Organize workspace with good filing system, soft and hard copy- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Creative Services**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
