**Position Overview**:As a Graphic/Multimedia Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, creative and software development team to create visually engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Your designs will be a pivotal element in communicating our brand message and enhancing user experiences. You should possess a keen eye for design aesthetics, a deep understanding of multimedia tools, and a passion for staying updated with design trends.**Location**:Butterworth**Responsibilities**:- Develop and design creative assets, including but not limited to: graphics, illustrations, videos, animations, presentations, and other multimedia content for both digital and print platforms.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and visual identity.- Create compelling visual content for various marketing campaigns, social media channels, website, product launches, and events.- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts that push the boundaries of visual storytelling.- Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and multimedia technologies to continuously improve and innovate our visual assets.- Assist in maintaining and evolving our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design materials.**Qualifications**:- Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, highlighting your design sensibility, technical skills, and ability to convey messages through visuals.- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus, with a focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is highly desirable.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively present and discuss design concepts with team members.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and willingness to incorporate feedback into designs.- Passion for creativity and a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and tools.**Opportunity for Skill Development and Advancement**:At Potadot, we are dedicated to empowering our team members to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.
