**????**:- To lead the group HRA Dept. and oversee the daily workflow of the dept.- Develop and implement HR plans, strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy.- Strong leadership and able to guide the HRA performing all related functions: talent management, training, retention, legal compliance, policies and procedures, IR issues/ disputes, payroll &etc.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance, regulatory changes, trends and all related matters.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. At least 10 years proven working experiences in HRA.- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.**Experience**:- Management: 1 year (preferred)- Human Resources: 10 years (required)
